Tell me what you wanted to be when you were growing up?
An astronaut!

Can you tell us a little about your career progression to this point?
I begun my career in banking and in the last 10 years I have been in the hospitality industry. 

What is your favourite restaurant?
There is quite a few, however In Australia I would say Zahli Modern Middle Eastern Restaurant and Eastside Bar and Grill.

What is your best ever food-related experience?
Cabana Las Lillas (Meat Restaurant in Buenos Aires)
