Running a restaurant group comes with its challenges - including keeping track of multiple locations, accessing real-time data and ensuring everything runs smoothly. We make it easy for you to manage all your venues in one place, giving you the control and insights you need to grow and succeed.
This month, TheFork is rolling out its most exciting update yet to TheFork Manager, with powerful new tools designed to streamline your operations, delight diners and give restaurateurs more control than ever. This includes the Groups Performance Overview feature, a game-changing development for multi-venue operators.
With the Groups Performance Overview feature you can save time collecting performance data across your venues, compare individual restaurant performance to others in your group and understand how your group’s performance is evolving overall.
A closer look at TheFork Managers' Groups Performance Overview
For hospitality professionals managing multiple locations, using this feature makes it easy to track covers, bookings and performance trends across all restaurants, or zoom into a single location. You can view and export these performance indicators across different time periods (day, week, month, year) and across individual restaurants or across your group, to get the exact overview you need, when you need it.
Let’s bring this to life: If one of your restaurants is full, the cross-sell feature lets you automatically suggest other restaurants in your group to potential diners, giving them more great options and helping you keep the booking within your brand. This market-leading feature is now available on TheFork Manager and is not yet offered by alternative booking platforms.
We already work with many restaurant groups who use our features, including Gaucho.
“We use TheFork as a booking system to help drive new diners and give extra exposure to our restaurants. We see great drive throughout the year and seen a real increase in the number of covers coming through the platform. The collaboration with TheFork is key to our success”, said Shadow Jackson, Reservations Manager at Gaucho, London.

More features released this summer to redefine restaurant management
Whether you're running a group of fine dining spots or a cozy trattoria, these new features are designed to simplify the everyday experience for restaurateurs. TheFork Manager app now features a completely redesigned booking form and reservation list that’s optimised for mobile. Creating a booking is now up to 5x faster thanks to a streamlined form design, while the new reservation list enables intuitive swipe actions for quick updates.
Service changes used to be complex, but not anymore. With the new calendar view, you can see occupancy levels at a glance. Quickly adjust availability, menus or no-show guarantees, all from one place. Whether it’s a no-show policy tweak or a last-minute event menu, everything is now just a few taps away.
We are also ushering in pre-authorisation for credit cards, the newest layer in our industry-leading no-show protection suite. Combined with credit card guarantees, reconfirmations, no-show predictors, and TheFork’s strict diner policy, this ensures your revenue is safer than ever.
TheFork Manager is designed for everyone, everywhere, and now speaks 10 languages, including Chinese, and connects with even more CRM and POS tools, including Oracle, Lightspeed, Cheerfy and more, so your tech stack works as hard as you do.
